In a certain company X, they like to employ a certain type of people, Y. That same lot of people Y, they say, must have a following set of ideas A. Nowhere will it say that in writing (of course not) but there will be a general understanding amongst the staff (in case they are hiring) that our dear Company X wants only people of the type Y who hold ideas A. We the people of Company X only want people of type Y says the invisible rules of the games. The employee Y who dares to become Christopher Colombus gets immediately banished by the all mighty king. We the people of Company X want no change. NO CHANGE.
So if by accident and behold, by accident you are not of that certain type of people that a certain company X likes to employ, then lo and behold, you will be an outcast my friend. A thing that the turbaned Hindu calls, ‘Dhal mei kuch kala hai”. (There is a little black spot somewhere in the soup).
So to continue, these people of a certain type Y are a very strange obnoxious lot. They like to talk in a certain way Z. So if you do not talk the same, there will be those looks you will get, that I will leave to Dr Freud to debate and analyze. But hang on a minute, you are not of a certain type Y to start with in the first place, so even if you speak and try to emulate or try to act like the Y`s with ideas A, let me get this clear, you will never be accepted in the bird club. Outcast once outcast forever.
So be careful, even if you hold inside a furious ocean of raging red seas, a dark planet undiscovered, no one will care because you do not fit the profile. They have already classified you. In their supreme unwritten constitution, you are not one of them. You are not of the type Y. Sorry.
In a certain company X they like those of type Y. But from time to time shit does happen. They got busy and employed the guy who is a type B. But that guy who is of type B, will quickly realize that he will have to metamorphose himself quickly to survive. So he does an amazing thing pretty fast. Instead of turning into a fly, a miracle happens. He morphs himself into a type Y. He develops ideas A. He is changed. He needs to survive. He has a family.
As for me I was not apt into the art of metamorphosis. I failed to become a Y, I seem to have a certain type of profile, that will involve a complete change of my genetic constitution for me to become Y.
So here I am, stuck in the world of a certain company X. The unknown factor. The outcast.
